Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual and devotional products, refunds are generally not applicable once the order is confirmed and shipped.

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is incorrect

• The product is missing items

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or video proof of the product.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds. Orders placed for special puja, energized items, or customized products are strictly non-refundable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
